I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Airport for a business trip, and it hit all the marks for a high-functioning, stress-free stay. When you're traveling for work, predictability and efficiency are everything, and this property delivered. Seamless Transit One of the biggest wins was the complimentary airport shuttle. It was punctual and reliable, which took the guesswork out of my arrival and departure. For a business traveler, not having to mess with rideshare apps or expensive taxis at 6:00 AM is a massive perk. The Room The room was immaculately clean. In a high-traffic airport hotel, you sometimes expect a bit of wear and tear, but my space felt fresh and well-maintained. The desk area was actually functional for catching up on emails, and the bed provided exactly the kind of rest needed between meetings. Dining & Atmosphere I was pleasantly surprised by the vibrant restaurant scene right inside the hotel. Often, airport hotel bars can feel a bit hollow, but this one had a great energy. It was the perfect spot to grab a meal and a drink without feeling like I was "stuck" in a typical transit hub. The food was solid, and the atmosphere made it easy to unwind after a long day. The Verdict If you need a spot that balances convenience with a bit of personality, this is it. Between the cleanliness and the lively social spaces, it’s a cut above your standard airport stay.

The hotel's convenient location near Toronto Pearson International Airport proved invaluable during the busy and bitterly cold holiday season. At check-in, I received exceptional service from Sai, a courteous and accommodating front desk agent. When I mentioned that my original room felt a bit cramped, Sai graciously upgraded me to a suite. Within minutes, I was settled into a beautiful room with a stunning view. Many thanks to Sai and the Hilton team for making my stay so comfortable.

Amazing place to stay! The room is cozy, spacious and modern. Fresh towel and nice hot tub for cold weather transit. Perfect location with free shuttle bus to the airport. Breakfast selection is amazing and room cleaning lady is super nice. Quiet room as well, I didn’t even hear flight noise. The bed is so comfortable.

First time staying at this hotel and I must say it was a lovely experience. This Hilton Garden Inn is a much better option than The Hilton, which is a block away. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was friendly. The rooms had smart TV'S so you could watch your favorite shows on Netflix or YouTube. Overall, I definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a convenient hotel to stay near the Pearson Airport in Toronto.

We stay at this hotel often, and the bartender Simon truly makes every visit better. He’s consistently friendly, attentive, and remembers us every time we come back. The drinks are always perfect, and his energy sets the tone for the whole bar. Hands down the best bartender we’ve ever had—he’s the reason we keep coming back. We love you Simon!!

I stayed twice. Amazing rooms, especially the high floor suites. Very comfy beds. Good breakfast and excellent service. A huge thanks to Sai at reception when I checked in. Great sense of humour and very helpful. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in the airport area

This past week, we had a reservation at the Hilton Toronto. On short notice, we asked for a small conference room to host a customer with whom we were meeting. Hashveen and Harpreet's hospitality and over-the-top service exceeded expectations. Highly recommend the team that operates this facility. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast and dinner were on target. -Bill

We stayed last minute due to changing weather conditions and an early morning flight. The room was great value for the price, and the front desk staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The parking was an additional price, but was underground which meant no clearing snow off the car! There is a pool, which was basic, but provided some fun for our kids. Our trip to the airport parking was less than 5 minutes. We would not however recommend eating in the restaurant (Dixon Bar & Grill). The food and staff in the restaurant were less than palatable, and they certainly couldn’t have cared less about accommodating our food allergies. Get Uber Eats instead! Overall, a great stay though!
